What's the purpose of this blog?

Well, I'm not really sure there is a purpose to this. I think we wanted to share our lives with our family and friends. I know all of us can't wait for Les to come home. I know the road up ahead is going to be challenging, but what better way to do it then to post our experiences for all to see!!!!
